Refund Policy
We aim to ensure satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines conditions under which refunds may be granted.
- Digital Courses and LMS Access
Once access is granted, fees are non-refundable unless technical issues prevent usage and cannot be resolved. - Webinars and Events
Refunds are not provided for missed attendance. If Ideal Softwares cancels an event, a full refund will be issued. - Duplicate or Failed Transactions
Any duplicate payment or failed transaction will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. - Request Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@idealsoftwares.co.in with transaction details.
