Refund Policy

We aim to ensure satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines conditions under which refunds may be granted.

  1. Digital Courses and LMS Access
    Once access is granted, fees are non-refundable unless technical issues prevent usage and cannot be resolved.
  2. Webinars and Events
    Refunds are not provided for missed attendance. If Ideal Softwares cancels an event, a full refund will be issued.
  3. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
    Any duplicate payment or failed transaction will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  4. Request Procedure
    Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@idealsoftwares.co.in with transaction details.
