Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations are handled for our services.

1. Course Enrollment
   Once enrolled and payment is made, cancellations are not permitted. Access remains valid for the duration specified.
2. Webinar Registration
   Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may be eligible for rescheduling. Refunds are not provided.
3. Service Subscriptions
   Ongoing services may be canceled with prior written notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
4. Company Rights
   Ideal Softwares reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
